Accessing the Portal


The Portal is the core of Decipher, where you can create, manage, review, and collaborate on projects. To access the Decipher Portal, you will need to login from the FocusVision website.

Logging In

The FV website address is To login into Decipher, first click "Login" at the top right:


Then select "Decipher" from the list of products:


Account Types

There are three login options to choose from. Select the option you need based on your account type:

  • Standard Login: If you are signing in as a regular Decipher user, click "Standard Login" at the top and enter your email address and password. Then click "Sign In".

Tip: Checking "Trusted Computer" will keep you logged in longer; however, the security settings for your company will override this feature. Company supervisors can edit the length of time before inactivity timeout within their company settings (click here to learn more).

  • Corporate Login: SAML integration is available for enterprise clients who wish to authenticate existing users via a SAML 2.0 capable identity provider. This option is only available if it has been enabled for your company. Once you have set up your login, you only need your email address to log in.
  • Google Login: If you have a Google email address tied to your Decipher account, click "Google Login". If you are already signed in to your Google account, you will automatically be redirected to the Decipher Portal.

Tip: If you are not currently signed into your Google account, Google will ask for your login credentials before redirecting.

Regardless of which login method you choose, you must also consent to the FocusVision cookie policy in order to access your account.

Server Options

By default, all account types are automatically redirected to the Portal on the US server (v2). If you are on the EMEA or APAC server, or if you have a custom Cloud server, you will need to select your desired server option before entering your login credentials to be redirected to the login page for that server.

Once you have been redirected to the correct server page, enter your email address and/or password as necessary. To access a Cloud server, you will need to enter the domain name for your server along with your email and password:
